Mortgage Lenders Cause Frank Collelo To Die In A Tampa Courtroom Fighting His Foreclosure
Mortgage lenders committing another potentially illegal foreclosure have claimed another life.
Frank Collelo died yesterday. The 67-year-old Valrico man died after collapsing in a Hillsborough courtroom during a foreclosure hearing. The pending foreclosure on his primary residence went into foreclosure last year.
Frank Collelo was with his wife when he fell to the floor in the Hillsborough County Circuit courtroom of Judge Wayne S. Timmerman around 9 am. Sheriff Deputies administered CPR to Collelo in the courtroom. Emergency services arrived at the courthouse and transported Collelo to Tampa General Hospital. He was pronounced dead when he arrived at the hospital around 9:45 a.m.
