Psycho Florida Realtor Jason Levins Arrested For Fifth Time. This Time For Battery On A Senior Citizen.
Psycho Florida Realtor Jason Levins is again behind bars for a fifth time. BocaNewsNow is reporting police arrested and charged the psychotic realtor with obstructing justice and another on a charge of battering a senior citizen.
Palm Beach county Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and booked Levins into the Palm Beach County Jail early Sunday morning.
Levins is no stranger to the Palm Beach County Jail. Police arrested him in May for contempt of court for violating a March 2022 injunction order for a second time against stalking Suzan Levanthal. Law enforcement previously arrested Levins in May 2022 for violating the same stalking injunction barring him from having any contact with Levanthal. Police also arrested Levins in April on an out of county warrant.
Palm Beach County court records also indicate Levins pleaded guilty to felonious DUI.
State of Florida records indicate Levins lists himself as a real estate agent with a local realty company. However, records indicate his license became “current, inactive” on an unspecified date. Yet, his real estate license , however remains available for active use through 2025.
Levins lists his current address as the 6700 block of North Grande Drive in Boca Raton. However, he lists his official address for his real estate license is Kings Point in Delray Beach.
In May when PBSO arrested Levins for the first injunction violation, deputies noticed him because after he looked like someone who didn’t quite look like he belonged in the Kings Point condominium complex. Records show Police arrested Levins in early May for contacting a woman who apparently wanted nothing to do with him.
Is Kings Point The Hotbed For Unsavory Senior Citizens?
The 55+ community continues to be a hotbed of apparent criminal activity.
Since early 2022, law enforcement agencies have arrested more than 30 Kings Point Delray Beach residents. Charges included everything from drug dealing and drunk driving to prostitution and sex offenses.
There have even been reports of a man who allegedly shot at someone for walking their dog on the nearby golf course.
In 2023 alone, ten Kings Point residents have been arrested. Since the start of 2022, 34 residents have been jailed. That’s a lot of trips and wear and tear on police cars driving between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.
