Pissed Off Father Guns Down Detroit’s Dumbest Drug Dealer Jajuan Hanief Marls In A Suburban Detroit Hotel
A pissed off dad gunned down Detroit’s dumbest drug dealer Jajuan Hanief Marls on February 1, 2025. Police have accused the 51-year-old Luke Svacha of shooting and killing the 24-year-old Marls aka “Rich Buddah.”
The shooting happened at a Sterling Heights Extended Stay America hotel. Svacha then fled the hotel and went to his home in Centerline about three miles from Detroit.
Macomb County Sheriffs Deputies and Sterling Heights Police tracked Svacha at his home. Svacha refused to come out of the house when police arrived to arrest him. After hours of negotiations, Svacha finally dropped his firearm and exited the house. Police then took him into custody.
In total, Svacha is looking at life in prison for shooting a known drug dealer.

MFI-Miami initially wrote about the high school dropout turned idiot drug dealer back in 2021. Back then, he ran his operation out of an abandoned Detroit Land Bank property at 13953 Charest.
Marls sold everything from Boys (Heroin), Girls (Crack), Blues (Oxycodone) and everything in between.
Marls evaded capture by the Detroit Police during two different raids on 13953 Charest. He allegedly hid waste deep in the toxic sewage that filled the basement of the abandoned property.
Marls’ drug dens were constantly raided because of his chronic case of diarrhea of the mouth.
Numerous sources have told us that Marls had no problem detailing how his operation worked. He also liked to brag about how much money it raked in.
That includes the plethora of addicts and recreational drug users who paraded in and out of his drug dens.
Marls Could Only Get Laid If Traded Drugs for Sex with Crack Whores
Marls likes to take female addicts to the Woodward Inn or the LaRenaissance Motel where he trades sex for drugs. The women are there for the free drugs. Marls is there for the sex.
The women tell Marls how much they love
him in order to keep getting more free heroin or crack. Unfortunately, Marls like a fool believes them. This makes Marls believe he’s some type of sexual dynamo. As result, he begins bragging about the drug operation.
One of our sources overheard him bragging about the operation. He told everything to couple of women at the Motown Coney Island on 8 Mile. He was also bragging about his plans to squeeze the leader of the drug ring out.
Marls is either getting high on Derrick’s supply or he’s just stupid. You don’t go around running your mouth about all the money you’re making from your illegal drug operation. You also don’t run your mouth about how and where you are getting your drugs from.
