Attorney Kenneth Chesebro's law license has been revoked in Washington D.C. by the US Court of Appeals, following an earlier revocation in New York. This action stems from his role as the architect of the 2020 plot to overturn the GOP's election loss, where he masterminded a memo detailing how to create fake electors for Donald Trump. Multiple states have also suspended or disbarred Chesebro, and he pleaded guilty in the Georgia election racketeering case. Consequently, Chesebro faces significant restrictions on his ability to practice law across various jurisdictions.

The order was first reported by Politico’s Kyle Cheney on Wednesday evening.
