Lawmaker Bryan Posthumus's dating site profiles listed explicit sexual preferences and interests, including "fetish," "group sex," and "online flirting." The Fling.com account, which also included his October 26, 1984 birth date, indicated an interest in men, women, or couples. His profile contained explicit sexual preferences, listing favored activities such as “threesome,” “being dominant/master,” “being submissive/slave,” and “one-night stands.” The Ashley Madison data also included an email address, his Lowell home address, and a credit card bearing his name, all linked to the lawmaker. Posthumus allegedly accessed the account several times between March and September 2012, using the site’s mail and chat features, and listed his relationship status as “attached male seeking female.”
