More information is coming in about the epic SLAPP lawsuit in Romspen versus MFI-Miami. MFI-Miami has discovered a video on YouTube from 2022.

The video by MarketMania says essentially says what MFI-Miami has been saying since 2023. Yet, Romspen harassed us with frivolous litigation.

MarketMania digs even more deeper into Romspen’s financial at the time than MFI-Miami did. According to the 2022 video discovered a news clip quoting Romspen executive Derek Jenkin.

The Romspen executive that nearly 40% of Romspen’s commercial borrowers have stopped making payments. Therefore, Romspen stopped paying investors.

Remember, that was in November 2022. MFI-Miami didn’t start writing about Romspen’s financial problems until 9 months later.

Romspen used investor’s money for projects are located in high-risk bubble-orientated real estate markets. The company has invested heavily in Texas, Florida and California.

In addition to Toronto and Vancouver. Most of Romspen’s money didn’t come from Romspen. It came from senior citizens investing their pension funds.

You won’t hear any news like this on American or Canadian mainstream media. They are keeping all this under wraps.

Why? Romspen doesn’t want to scare people. They also don’t want to show you how broken the system is. They will wait until Romspen implodes like Enron did 25 years ago.

Romspen admitted they were in trouble at their 2024 investors meeting.

Romspen finally admitted their financial woes at their 2024 investor meeting. Romspen executives told investors they are holding over a billion dollars in non-performing commercial loans.

The executives also informed investors that the company would not be paying investor redemptions in the near future.

It is very clear after Roitman’s presentation that Romspen is in a death spiral they can’t pull out of.   Over 50% of their loans are in default and are not performing. They have three loans that represent more than a BILLION Dollars of investor money. These three loans are losing value and dragging Romspen into bankruptcy.

So, if you’re an investor in Romspen, you can’t sit back and wait.  It is not going to get any better.  If you want to receive a fraction of your investment back, now is the time to demand it. The longer investors wait to pursue Romspen for their money, the less likely they are to get anything.

You need to file litigation against Romspen now to recover your money in a court-ordered mediation!  That is the only way you will get it back!
