Houston attorney Gia Samavato aka Gia Scamavati is now the recepient of a Texas Bar complaint. Although, at this point it’s anyone’s guess if it will lead to a discipinary investigation and a reprimand.
The Bar complaint centers around her and Ali Choudhri not paying their bills. MFI-Miami CEO Steve Dibert filed several weeks ago. She and Choudhri agreed to pay Dibert $2000 plus airfare for testifying in one of Choudhri’s cases in August. Scamavati paid the airfare. The two of them assured Dibert they would pay him when he arrived in Texas. The day of the hearing, the pair claimed they would pay him within 48 hours. It never happened.

Gia Smavati talks a good game. She attempts to highlight her Iranian features to come off acting like an educated Kim Kardashian. Yes, she even cakes on the make-up like a Kardashian. She also appears to addicted spray tanning.
It’s obvious someone is scripting the videos. Samavati is also rehearsing them multiple time before recording them. She definitely hams it up for the camera.
When you first click on her videos you get the impression she’s looking for Muslim sugar daddy. However, the more videos you watch, more she attempts to portray herself as an experienced trial attorney.
Yet, red flags begin to emerge when you start scratching the surface by doing a little research of her career.
Information about Samavati’s litigation history appears to be pretty sketchy in the circuit courts surrounding Houston.
The federal court’s PACER and ACIS system indicates Samavati’s boast of being an immigration attorney asre pure bullshit. PACER shows she has only handled 25 federal cases since 2020. However, 19 of those cases involve notorious Texas “Real Estate Racketeer” and fraudster, Ali Choudhri.
Why Does Gia Scamavati Pal Around With The Notorious Real Estate Racketeer?
Scamavati appears everywhere with Choudhri. She even appears at court hearings all over Texas in cases where she is not representing him. Is Scamavati in involved in his alleged racketeering? Are they intimate?
So, what the story with Choudhri and Gia Scamavati? They claim they are not dating. However, if you see them together, they sure do act like it.
Samavati’s cousin didn’t exactly have the kindest words to say about Scamavati and her parents. Assuming what says is true, she and Ali Choudhri are a perfect match. They are both a master class in Texas size bullshit.
However, Samavati could run the risk derailing her legal career by palling around with the infamous real estate racketeer. However that’s her problem. After all, you are known by the company you keep.
