FRAUDSTER ALERT: Ali Choudhri Is A Masterclass In Texas Size Fraud And Bullshit

Most people outside Texas have never heard of real estate fraudster Ali Choudhri and that’s a good thing. Ali Choudhri has left a trail all over eastern Texas of defrauded victims and unpaid bills. Namely with lawyers and other legal support. Court files show Choudhri has hired nearly 3 dozen lawyers to represent him and his shell companies. Yet, nearly all of them have quit. Why? Choudhri runs up exorbitant legal bills with their firms and then stiffs them.

Let this be a warning to you Texas attorneys out there. If you get a call from Ali Choudhri, pretend your a deaf mute and hang up. 

Former veteran TV reporter Wayne Dolcefino has been covering Choudhri’s legal and business shenanigans for years. Dolcefino’s nickname for Choudhri as “The Real Estate Racketeer.”

Choudhri has earned the nickname. Trust us. One of his victims, Renee Davy said this about Choudhri:

“Absolutely the most unethical, shady, slimy dirtbag!”

Ali Choudhri Has Also Managed To Piss Off Every Federal Judge In Texas

Ali Choudhri has singlehandedly pissed off every federal judge in Texas. It takes a serious herculean effort to do this but some how Choudhri did it.

The fact that Choudhri was able to do this just shows what a scumbag he really is. So, what did Choudhri do to reach such a milestone? 

Well, to begin with Choudhri is a Pakistani immigrant. Like it or not, that’s big hurdle to overcome in a deep red state like Texas. Plus, Choudhri has been trying to divorce his estranged wife since 2013. 

Choudhri thought he bring her to Texas take advantage of her financially. Then, when he was done, he attempted to pull a Sharia Law style divorce known as a talaq. 

Newsflash! Sharia law doesn’t work here in the U.S.

Choudhri’s wife obviously figured it out or had already spoken to a Texas attorney. She fought him with the drama of a pissed off litigant on Divorce Court.

The Choudhri divorce made headlines all over Texas. Pakistani incest and fighting. The public was eating up. Texas had not seen drama like this since the TV show Dallas went off the air in 1991. 

Unfortunately for Choudhri, Choudhri’s divorce gave Texas an early glipse into Choudhri’s scumbag douche baggery. 

Choudhri’s Delusional Trump Wannabe Fantasies

Choudhri soon developed delusions of grandeur after developing an addiction to Donald Trump’s reality show, “The Apprentice.”

He thought he could cosplay Donald Trump and be a real estate tycoon with his mom’s money. 

Unfortunately like Trump, all of Choudhri’s real estate endeavors blew up in his face. He soon faced a plethora of foreclosures and bankruptcies. 

That’s when Choudhri started pissing off federal judges. 

Choudhri started out by faking a stroke to get a court date moved. Here’s a piece of advice, Ali. If you’re going to fake a stroke, get the facial expressions right. You look like a friggin idiot.

Then there was the time he faked a heart attack to get out of a court date. 

Choudhri is also infamous his multiple rambling incoherent and nonsensicle testimony as a pro-se litigant. 

He also attempted to get judges disqualified for totally nonsensical reasons. Why? You guessed it. To try to drag his cases out. However, it didn’t work. 

Choudhri fucked around one too many times. He soon found out what happens when you really piss off a federal judge.

In April, 2025, Judge Jeffrey Norman issued a warrant for Choudhri’s arrest for not turning over documents. Judge Norman then turned Choudhri over to the U.S. Marshalls.

Bankruptcies and foreclosures aren’t the only problems Choudhri is facing. The U.S. Department of Justice began a criminal investigation against Coudhri and Jetall in 2023. In that case, Choudhri attempted the stall tactics as he did in all his other litigation. However, Judge Rosenthal wasn’t going to put up with Choudhri’s bullshit. She also threatened to put Choudhri in prison if he didn’t comply to her order to turn documents over to the DOJ.
