Mark Our Words! Romspen Will Stiff Their Lawyers At Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Out Of Their Multi-Million Dollar Legal Tab

It’s pretty obvious that Romspen will stiff their lawyers out of a multi-million dollar legal tab. After all, it’s no big secret deadbeat Romspen is having financial difficulties. Romspen’s Wesley Roitman even admitted last year that Romspen’s future is uncertain.
The company is in a death spiral. As a result, bankruptcy and insolvency are imminent.
A Romspen bankruptcy will create a frenzy among their vendors they owe money to.
Creditors will be clamoring at the doors of court house demanding money even if it’s pennies on the dollar.
International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) will be one of those vendors and they could find themselves as one of the biggest losers in a Romspen bankruptcy.
BCLP is going balls to the wall by offering very aggressive legal representation on behalf of Romspen. However, this type of aggressive legal representation isn’t cheap.
Legal experts say Romspen’s legal bill to BCLP for multiple cases is easily pushing $3 million to $4 million and will probably be close to $5 million to $6 million by July 1st.
Romspen may prevail in these various cases. However, will they be able to collect the money? Probably not.
Romspen Has Run Up Quite Legal Tab At BCLP. Will Romspen Stiff Their Lawyers?
So, now Romspen has a $6 million dollar legal tab, virtually no revenue coming in the door and they are sitting on billions of dollars on non-performing loans. Besides, if they are content not paying their investors, will they show the same attitude when comes to paying BCLP? You better believe it.
Romspen is rapidly hurling itself closer and closer toward bankruptcy and insolvency. Romspen executives and their handlers at BCLP like Christian Poland want to put up a brave face to the courts and the public. Romspen’s handlers say everything with the company is fine and that talk of the company’s pending demise is a vile canard. However, all you have to do is look at the stressed faces of the Romspen executives at last summer’s investor meeting on YouTube. They all look like they are worried they will be headed to prison for fraud.
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner will find they just did thousands of hours of pro-bono work. They will find themselves at the bottom of a lengthy list of Romspen’s victims.
