Florida Judge John “Jay” Hurley Confuses Sovereign Citizen And Mental Midget David Hall By Throwing Hall’s Legal Word Salad Back In His Face

Sovereign citizen types think the law is like a spell from Harry Potter. They believe if they conjugate words in the right order they can bend the law to do their bidding. Unfortunately, they end spewing a lot of nonsense. They fail to see that they look like they are last place finishers in the Special Olympics of lingual gymnastics.

Watching these sovereign citizen types in court is like binge-watching old episodes of Night Court. At first, it’s humorous and entertaining but after the ten hours its time to move on to something else.

I hear all kinds of crazy stuff from sovereign citizen types doing foreclosure defense. People believe the internet is a vast law library filled with a plethora of legal tricks. Legal tricks that will give them a free house from insomniacs trolling the internet. I have very little or no patience when it comes to these people who all argue the same nonsense. I once had a woman from Detroit call me and tried to convince me that Wells Fargo couldn’t foreclose on her because she was a U.S. National not a U.S. Citizen. When I asked her if she voted in the 2014 election, she responds by saying, “Of course I did!”

The woman then slammed the phone down after I told her she just admitted to voter fraud. She didn’t seem to understand only U.S. Citizens can vote. She freaked out when I told her I was turning her name, address and phone number over to the Michigan Attorney General for committing voter fraud.

This video of Florida Sovereign Citizen David Hall from December 2014 is a perfect example of how these Sovereign Citizen types think they are titans of Constitutional Law when in reality they are incapable of winning a bronze medal at the Special Olympics. David Hall found this out the hard way when he went in front of Broward County Judge John “Jay” Hurley. This isn’t Hurly’s first time playing lingual gymnastics with these mental midgets and its obvious Hurley has had enough of them and their Harry Potter word conjuring.
