Kelly Parker And I were on Mojo In The Morning

This morning. Kelly’s sister, Lisa dragged her out of bed to do a couple of interviews her and I were scheduled to do on Detroit radio.  Well, I take that back, apparently the crew at Mojo in the Morning on 95.5 FM woke her up at 7:15 to talk to her live on the air after they found out we were coming to the Clear Channel Building in Farmington Hills to do Tony Trupiano’s show on 1310am down the hall from their studio.

This morning Kelly, Tony and I spent nearly an hour painting Wayne County Treasurer Raymond Wojtowicz as a politician who sits around his house all day in Hamtramck watching Oprah or the Lifetime Movie Channel while collecting a fat government paycheck and driving a county car.  In other words, a typical Wayne County politician feeding off the trough of the Wayne County tax rolls.

Yes, I had fun doing it and I think Kelly did too.

When we finished doing Tony’s show, Tony’s producer Joe, introduced us to Mojo, Spike and Shannon and the rest of the crew from Mojo in the Morning.  They naturally wanted to put Kelly on the air again so we got to hang out for a few minutes while they chatted with Kelly at the end of the show.

Mojo and the crew were pretty cool and were super accommodating.

I can’t find the podcast from their show from today.  So you will just have to take my word for that Kelly did pretty awesome just being Kelly.
