David J. Reiss or the Brooklyn Law School Wrote An Interesting Analysis Of The Fannie/Freddie Conservatorship. You may have never heard of Professor David J. Reiss or the Brooklyn Law School. We have and it’s a probably one of the most underrated law schools in New York.

Matter of fact, one of our preferred attorneys in Long Island, Steven W. Stutman is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and like the University of Detroit in Michigan, its one of the few law schools in the country that crank out lawyers who actually understand foreclosure defense.

Professor Reiss published an interesting piece about the federal government’s conservatorship of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that’s worth a read.
