Judge Tells Aurora They Are And Will Be Plaintiff Until He Sees A Mortgage Assignment To Nationstar

at&t girlImagine you are being foreclosed on by Aurora Loan Servicing and half way through litigation their attorneys tell the judge that the mortgage was assigned to another one of their clients. In this case, Aurora transferred ownership to  Nationstar and now their client who originally brought the case, Aurora, wants to be removed from the case.

Confused? You’re not alone. This happens all the time and in every corner of the U.S. except this time a judge in Greene County discovered there was no mortgage assignment filed and ruled against the attorney representing Aurora and Nationstar.
