Proof Any Attorney Can Win A Foreclosure Case With MFI-Miami’s Help

 

lady_justiceForeclosure fraud victims and MFI-Miami clients, Traci and Germaine Gales, won’t be forced out of their home any time in the near future. The Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court agreed with MFI-Miami’s findings that the Mortgage Backed Securities Trust, First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-FF1 lacked standing. The court ruled that the Trust lacked legal standing to do so because they could not prove they were in possession of the Note at the time the foreclosure suit was filed.

The Gales who were days away from having the house sold at auction by OCWEN who was acting as the servicer for the First Franklin Trust, when they hired MFI-Miami.
